Consultancy Our service is there to provide support to schools facing a range of challenges. Our consultants support the schools in auditing, planning and implementing positive change. All our consultants have experience of senior management and of the inspection of schools under the OFSTED framework. The service includes a free visit to come and discuss in confidentiality the issues the schools is facing. The process normally involves: An audit of the current school provision and an identification by stakeholders of the relevant issues A short term action plan is agreed with a schedule of key dates to implement the plan A summary report is written to report on the impact and improvements. Fixed term and flexible consultancy in all areas of leadership and management are available. The service is tailored to the needs and timescale required by the school. Interim Management We provide Interim Managers (IM) who have extensive experience in Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Special schools. Our service is there to provide talented staff whose practice is innovative, relevant and commensurate with new educational initiatives and policy. Our experienced Interim managers lead, direct an develop schools through difficult and evolving stages.
